Taking a Quiz Forums and Quizzes can be accessed either through a link posted within the course shell under the topic area the forum or quiz is assigned, or can be found in the activities tab. Within the course shell a quiz will always have a paper with a checkmark as the symbol. See the online orientation example below.

Taking a Quiz To start the quiz the link to it in your Moodle course. If the quiz start date has arrived, click the attempt quiz now button to begin then click start attempt from the prompt window that appears. Make sure to complete the quiz by the assigned due date. Quizzes cannot be accessed after their due date.

Quiz Continued On the left you'll see the quiz navigation. This shows the amounts of questions and if you have answered the questions or not. If a quiz has a time limit it will show as a countdown timer. In the picture below the test is not timed and no questions have been answered.

Submitting Quiz Scroll through the questions and the pages and make sure you have answered every question. Once you are done you can click either the finish attempt link under the quiz navigation or the next button at the bottom of the quiz. Click the submit all and finish button to finish your quiz and send it for grading.
