Individualized Marketing – no occasion Mobility options for the neighbourhood

Challenge and Questions What kind of occasions are a meaningful moment for an individualized marketing mobility guidance? life change moments external occasions like a new bus line or construction works with negative impact on road traffic – best time to check alternatives Does it make sense to address households without an occasion like a relocation or an other change in life? Are 5% modal shift from car to sustainable transport modes realistic with the instruments of mobility management? What kind of evaluation approach is recommendable? Are there any successfully implemented approaches for low-income groups, as the northern part of Munich has a couple of neighbourhoods with socially deprived people? We only have one chance – how to convince politicians? Good examples from other cities?
