Aim (purpose) Using SoL living (eco)system to: -challenging mental models -thinking systemically about the future, and - enabling systemic change

What we do want to do togerther globally? Get in touch with the local community in more than 200 countries in the world. It is a place for people to post ideas and make recommendations. Living (eco)system characteristics Self-organizing (around common themes/projects /programs etc. ) Dynamically interacting: there is movement and change within the system all the time Interdependent: all parts of the system are impacting each other Open system – always acting and changing Systemic whole

Discuss the living system model in general and in deeper terms – The model – The aim: what we want to achieve by our living (eco) system? – common platform structure and contents etc. Discuss and find out a digital software platform/application that best would support us in co-thinking and co-creating Identify key things going on in each local community (France, UK, India, Sweden etc.) -> aim: to create a big picture of ”themes and doings” across the whole Sol global Discuss and agreeon what themes and projects/Programs to work on a global scale? -> aim: to find the core themes and doings where we as a living (eco) system can bring the most value add. Discuss and agree on roles and responsibilities within the team Discuss and agree on conference call time schedule and agenda to be followed
