My Conflict Theatre TITLE : Sharing the Swing Name : Gloria

What are the different strategies in my movie ? Answer :The different strategies are Accommodate, avoiding, compromise, collaborate and force.

COMPROMISING Strategy What was my Compromising strategy ? The compromise is when we were playing the swing 5 minute each. Did it work ? Why ? The solution work because we can play together and take turn. Definition : You have some that you want but not all.

Avoiding Strategy What was my Avoiding strategy ? When Bianca get away from Gloria. Did it work ? Why ? The strategy didn’t work because Bianca wasn’t happy. Definition : Getting away from the problem.

Accommodating Strategy What was my Accommodating strategy ? When Bianca and Gloria were trying many ways to get in the swing. Did it work ? Why ? The solution didn’t work because there is no way to get in the swing together. Definition : Accepting that everyone wants.
