Creating a Test Blackboard offers you two different ways to create a test: 1.Use the Course Tool “Tests, Surveys and Pools,” click on “Tests,” and then click on “Build Test” or “Import Test.” 2.In any Content Area, click on the “Assessments” drop down menu, then click on “Test.” Then click on “Create New Test” or “Add an Existing Test.”
