Opportunity knocks!

I quickly went on to sponsor all those, who I felt would see the potential of this opportunity and share my vision.

Coming Aboard!

We both enjoyed success retailing and managed to sponsor and build a team. We found as the team grew, there was greater need for training, support and leadership.

What defines a leader?

A leader is someone who guides others towards a common goal,

Leading the way by example and creating an environment which other team members feel valued and involved in the process of building their business.

We found that our business grew very quickly !

Don’t Panic! Build a strong foundation and follow the example of those who have already achieved success within this business.

Learn as much as you can about the products and the marketing plan. Lead by example and everything you ask your team to do, you must be doing or have experience of it.

Teach your team members the importance of the rule and the incentives available from the company.

Attending trainings & meetings is a must and feeding back to the team is important. What you are trying to do is create an ethos and create energy to drive success!

When you start achieving success, your team members will see that the extra effort you are putting in is paying off.
