Mind Body and Soul Intro Lesson Learning Objective: to reflect on your worries/concerns for the upcoming year and reflecting on the learner you need to be.

Mind Body and Soul What is the unit about? This unit is all about getting prepared for Year 11. The unit will be divided up into three parts: Mind, Body and Soul. In each part you will explore, discuss and reflect on ways to make this your most successful year at Wildern. What will I be doing? Mind: You will be exploring issues surrounding exam stress and mental health (e.g. Anxiety) as well as looking at how to revise effectively. Body: You will be exploring how your wellbeing effects your ability to revise effectively and create a revision timetable. Soul: You will be reflecting on what your long term goals are and how you will achieve them.

Looking Ahead – Exam Results Day Look forward to August 2015 on Exam Results Day. Imagine yourself getting the results you really wanted. What do you think this would feel like? Write these down in your books.
