2. PLEASE WORD PROCESS A PAPER THAT SUMMARIZES WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED THIS YEAR. IN THIS DOCUMENT, YOU SHOULD IDENTIFY WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF SCIENCE, WHAT IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE PART OF SCIENCE AND WHY. This year we learned about the periodic table and all of its elements and how they are used in the common world. We also learned how to make a bohr model of various elements. We learned about rocks and minerals. Also about the many creatures of the ocean floor and how they came about. My favorite part of science is when we learn about new things that relate to my world. This is because not only can I apply this concepts in the classroom, but outside as well. My least favorite part of science is book work. This is because I prefer to be taught the material by the teacher because I can understand what we are learning about better.

3. ON A SCALE OF 1-5 (5 BEING THE BEST) RATE YOURSELF ON YOUR ABILITY TO COMPLETE ALL THE ASSIGNMENTS FOR CLASS. WHY? (THINGS LIKE, TIME SPENT ON ASSIGNMENTS OUTSIDE OF CLASS, TIME AND EFFORT SPENT STUDYING FOR QUIZZES/TESTS, ETC.) I would rate myself 4.5/5. I would rate myself this because I complete my assignments on time and I do spend outside class time on studying for tests/quizzes and working on projects. I sometimes do not spend enough time on all assignments because I have other homework to do and do not have a lot of time to make the project as great as I want them to be. Time management will definitely be something I need to work on moving forward.

4. ON A SCALE OF 1-5 (5 BEING THE BEST) RATE YOURSELF ON YOUR CLASS TIME EFFORT & POSITIVE CONTRIBUTIONS TO CLASS DISCUSSION(S). WHY? I would rate myself a 3.5/5 on class time effort and positive contributions. This is because I feel I put my best effort forward and it shows. I do try to contribute to class discussions but sometimes I don't participate because it takes me longer to processes my thoughts and share my ideas. I do regret not sharing as much and in the future I would like to try to share more in class.

5. ON A SCALE OF 1-5 (5 BEING THE BEST) RATE YOURSELF ON YOUR ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHERS IN CLASS. WHY? I would rate myself a 5/5 on my ability to work with others. I value people’s ideas and try to make sure that everyone is heard. I don’t normally have problems while working with others and everyone usually shares the same work load. I work well with others in class and enjoy having partners to work with on different projects.

6. ON A SCALE OF 1-5 (5 BEING THE BEST) DESCRIBE/LIST STEPS YOU WILL TAKE TO IMPROVE UPON YOUR PERFORMANCE FOR NEXT QUARTER/YEAR. WHY? I would rate myself a 4.5/5 on listing steps to improve on for next quarter/year. I am good now with the steps I take right now to stay successful but I would change a few things. My additional step for success would be: To take my time on the work I am doing To make sure I am doing quality work by checking over it often Study more efficiently for tests and quizzes. (meaning no distracts)  Those will be my new steps for success for next quarter/year

7. ON A SCALE OF 1-5 (5 BEING THE BEST) HAS YOUR PERFORMANCE IN SCIENCE THIS YEAR BEEN IMPROVING, GETTING WORSE, OR STAYING THE SAME? CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHY THIS MAY BE THE CASE? I would rate myself a 4/5 in my performance in science this year. This year I feel my performance has stayed the same. This is because although I am learning new things, I am still using my old study habits that have helped me succeed. I feel that in science this year I have learned a lot and cant wait for high school to expend my knowledge.
