iDEA: is an incubator/accelerator established to leverage information technologies to bring disruptive change by supporting a new generation of Nigerian digital entrepreneurs to develop solutions that make businesses and commerce more efficient. It was started in 2013 and run by a management team and board of directors. It has a centre in Lagos and Calabar. It is funded by a combination of NITDA grant, corporate grant, membership fees, space rental and project cost There are currently 37 startups working from the Lagos centre, which includes Ramp, Jara, Playspread, Homable, Redbanks, Talking Bookz, BeatTraffik.
