Printing your document is the last task you will perform before distribution. This tutorial will explain printing options. Within the File menu select the Print icon. Be sure to select the appropriate printer on you network. Here the color printer is selected.

Select Properties in the Print menu.

Within the Properties menu you are able to adjust many aspects of the printing process. Examples include paper size, color options, quality of print and much more.

Closing the Properties menu will bring you back to the Print menu. This will allow you to choose number of copies or collate multiple pages.
