Use Talking about things that are happening now, at the moment. e.g. I’m studying English now. Talking about actions happening in a period around the present moment in time. e.g. I’m studying English grammar for a week and still don’t understand IT

Talking about future plans and arrangements. e.g. I’m going out with my friends this evening. Temporary action: I’m staying in England now but I live with my parents in Poland.

Don’t use PC with mental verbs: Understand......not understanding Love Enjoy Like Hate

Form to be (is, am, are) + verb + -ing e.g. I am reading at the moment. She isn’t speaking now. We are learning about Present Continuous.
