Budget from 2015 season Income (player registration, gate fees, concessions, donations/sponsors, car wash ticket sales) $22,763 Total expenses $34,953 We added in $12,191 from the savings account to cover for the expenses of uniforms that have been purchased for the team.

Projected 2016 budget Projected income: $28,700 (includes fall clinic and spring registration) Projected Expenses: $33,784 We have only included within the expenses the items that are absolutely necessary to operate the club. We have eliminated the extras such as team dinners, photographer, end of year banquet, awards, senior night gifts Currently this leaves us with a shortfall of about $5,100 We have not included in this budget sponsorships, fundraising, restaurant nights, earnings from hosting regionals, and school concession funds.

What is going to be required from you this season Fundraising will be mandatory for each player In December we will hold a Mike’s car wash fundraiser In the spring we will hold up to two other fundraisers Every month we will have restaurant nights We will again charge gate fees and have concessions at home games Parents will be required to volunteer for a set number of volunteer jobs at home games
