Ginsburg VTS ILC/SRF mtg2 Cryostat Procurement Contacted vendors × Ability Engineering (South Holland, IL), American Magnetics (Oak Ridge, TN), Cryofab (Kenilworth, NJ) Cryogenic Plants and Services (Linde), (Tulsa, OK) CVPI (Emmaus, PA) Meyer Tool (Oak Lawn, IL) PHPK (Columbus, OH) xyz company (WI) Plan – Detailed bid evaluation criteria exist – Ron Evans to request more detailed milestone schedule and contingency plan – VTS group to evaluate bids by Tuesday 5.Sep. – Award contract by end of next week The cryostat procurement still drives the schedule – delivery early March 2006 Two bids
