Ride The Bus To School!

Safety First! Think “Safety First” every time you are going to ride the school bus! Riding a school bus is the safest thing you can do when you “SOAR” to school!! Know the rules and follow them! Know your bus route and bus stop! Only ride your bus route! Only get on and off at your bus stop! If you get confused, nervous or scared, ASK THE DRIVER TO HELP YOU!!! Help The School Bus Driver Protect You!

Go directly to your seat and make room for others who sit with you!! Use your “classroom voice” while on the school bus. Keep your belongings in your lap and your hands to yourself while you ride. Keep the aisles and back door clear!!! Doing things the correct way helps protect you and others! Wait At The Bus Stop Quietly Pay Attention Wait in a line; off the road if you can! Don’t play or roughhouse at the bus stop; it is dangerous!! Watch for the bus and traffic; don’t move towards the bus until the red lights on the bus come on!!! Get on and off the bus in single file and wait your turn! Follow The Directions Of the School Bus Driver

Respect Others Respect the property of others where you wait and walk! Respect all the students who walk, wait and ride with you!! Respect Your School Bus Driver Your driver Cares about you and will help you!! Your driver Is Professional and trained to Protect you!
