 Trip Highlights  This is a joint trip for the Marching Band & Concert Singers  We are representing MCHS as one group  Andy Weiss and Andrea Siedschlag will be responsible for all matters during this trip and will operate under WCPSS guidelines  Mr. Martin will be in attendance for the parade and performance

 Trip Highlights  Package Includes the following:  4 nights of lodging (Marriott Fairfield Inn)  Hot Breakfast at the Hotel (all 4 mornings)  3-Day Park Hopper Pass (Friday thru Sunday)  Band & Chorus Performances (Friday/Sunday)  3-Counter Meal Vouchers (one for each day at the Disney Parks)

 Trip Highlights  The Package DOES NOT include:  Five (5) meals  Thursday’s Dinner (bus ride to Florida)  One meal on Friday  One meal on Saturday  One meal on Sunday  Monday’s Dinner (bus ride home)  Souvenir, refreshments or incidentals (Ensure your child has adequate monies)

 Travel Document: Travel Document:  Schedule Thursday (17 December)  Students arrive at school as normal  Bring luggage at this time  12:30pm- Bus Departs from MCHS  10:30pm- Arrive at Hotel in Orlando Buses will make one stop for dinner.

 Schedule Friday (18 December)  7am- Breakfast at the Hotel  9am- Admission to Hollywood Studios  12:30pm- Depart for Magic Kingdom  2:30pm- Marching Band performs in Parade, Chorus to watch the parade……….  4pm- Depart for Hollywood Studios until closing time

 Schedule Saturday (19 December)  7am- Breakfast at the Hotel  9am- Admission to Magic Kingdom until closing time No performances on this day

 Schedule Sunday (20 December)  7am- Breakfast at the Hotel  9am- Admission to Epcot until closing time  Chorus will perform two (2) shows  Band students will attend one of the performances at either the 6:45pm or 8:15pm showings (seating is limited; general admission on a first come-first serve basis)

 Schedule Monday (21 December)  10:00am- Breakfast at the Hotel  11:30am- Depart for Home  10:00pm- Arrive at MCHS Buses will make one stop for dinner.

 General Highlights:  3 Buses will be used. These buses will be ours for the entire trip (1-Chorus & 2-Band)  Students will be assigned one bus for the trip  Students have been pre-assigned their hotels rooms (with roommates)  Chaperone/Student groupings have been set  Chaperones have already met separately and are ready for the trip

 Trip Guidelines:  Nightly Curfews will be enforced and all hotel doors will be taped shut each night  Hotel Gift Shop, Fitness Center and the Pool will be Off-Limits to all students  Students will be in groups of no less than 2 at the parks; we are going to encourage groups of 4 or more whenever possible  At a minimum, we are going to perform a midday check-in each day at the parks

 Trip Guidelines :  The trip “Master Schedule” can be found on the Band’s & Chorus’ Web-Page (feel free to track your child’s visit)  Fast-Pass ticket information will be shared with your student (students should use this feature to optimize their ride experiences)  groupme will be used for “Group Messaging” for each of the chaperone groups

 Updated Trip Cost:  Trip cost set at $575 per student  Note: Band & Chorus ‘final payments’ will be different due to the Band using fair-share monies to off-set their transportation costs.  Costs includes a MCHS Trip T-Shirt for all students & chaperones on the trip (shirts will be passed out tonight)
