6. What to pack: 1 carry-on -carry all first day and last day -ID/wallet
-3 oz. liquids
-battery phone

1 checked luggage
-do not exceed 50 lbs.
-do not over pack
– you are not in your rooms
or at the hotel very much
-only 1 day you will change

7. Students will keep your carry-on with them ALL day the first day and the last day.  Pack light – just the essentials Students will not see their luggage until Tuesday evening, after a full day in the park.

8. When to arrive on Tuesday 4/2 By 4 AM

9. -The airport will not allow students to bring liquids that are above 3 oz. in your carry-on. -Students cannot bring beverages from home passed the security checkpoint – they will be thrown away. -Students can purchase breakfast and/or drinks in the airport once they are beyond the security checkpoint.

10. Here is a brief run-down of what happens on the trip the first day: -Arrive at North at 4 AM (or earlier depending on flight) -Check in with chaperone to get luggage ticket and red luggage tag. -Fasten luggage ticket/tag and place luggage under the bus. -Keep carryon with ID/wallet on person not in luggage.

11. -Busses leave CR North to Philadelphia and Newark
-Busses leave CR North to Philadelphia and Newark. -Students stay with the group throughout the airport and into the terminal.  - Once we are at the terminal, students have time to go and get breakfast, magazines, etc. -Students will board the flight.

12. Once we are in Orlando, Florida:
Stay together as a group
Get on the monorail to the Transportation Center
We will take the Disney Magical Express Busses to the monorail or ferry ride to the Magic Kingdom
Students are on their own at the park. They have park hopper passes for the Disney parks but need to be in Magic Kingdom to end their night.

13. Chaperone Check-ins Every morning and every evening
On all charter buses
Room checks
Every morning students are expected to meet their chaperone in the cafeteria for attendance, to obtain daily spending money, and to hand in their room key.
Every evening students are to be in your rooms at midnight. Chaperones will do room checks and give a brief run down of the next day’s events.

14. Disney Bus (1-7) Students are on these buses for the following:
Tuesday night at Transportation Center at 10:15 PM. You should be making your way to the buses by 10 PM.
Wednesday morning to Universal Studios
Wednesday night back to the hotel
Friday night to Hollywood Studios to the DJ/Dinner dance
Saturday morning to Universal Studios
Saturday late afternoon to the airport
