President’s Goals Initiatives 1. Improve Service to Members Offer more webinars and networking opportunities, offer a variety of programs at different prices in various locations 2. Increase Online Presence Reach out to new groups and potential members through Meetup and compatible groups such as BWA and DMELD 3. Recruit More Volunteers RMC needs managers and committee members to fulfill its mission, offers Active Member Rewards Program (AMRP) 4. Continue Fiscal Responsibility Evaluate costs vs. value and spend money wisely

Chapter Membership  150 members as of May 10  Located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, and Utah (USA) plus Ontario, Canada  Welcomed former Intermountain Chapter members in early 2014

Chapter Finances  For the last several years, our financial goal has been to attain a zero-based budget  Expenses for the year  $3,212 (through May 11)  Income for the year (to date)  $3,234 (includes rebate)  International rebate based on dues: $2,550  RMC has a healthy financial reserve thanks to the efforts of the late George Hoerter
