13 31 Exhibition grounds (EXPO) A facility for international trades in various fields and also the national General exhibition in ten years periods.

13 31 National library – an urban icon Library is a symbol of national culture, landmark in the city, icon.

13 31 National football stadium Icon representing the football as national sport of Czech Republic. It will serve for important international football matches, selected matches of national football league, a base for the Czech representation and the potential EURO championships in future.

13 31 City farm City farm combines more uses viewed as “green”. It offers cultural and recreational possibilities for the community – community garden (growing flowers, vegetables, fruits), place for meetings and farmers markets, working and playing with animals (mainly for children), horse riding. It also offers environmental education programs for organized groups (school children) and individuals. And it uses the organic waste from maintaining public parks as fertilizer (after composting).

13 31 Biogas plant with co-generation production The city produces big amount of organic waste – from maintaining greenery in the public space, households and sewage. The biogas plant can use it for producing biogas as a medium for producing heat and electricity. The project will combine these two facilities – biogas production, storage and heat and electricity co-generation. The location in big city – Prague also opens educational potential of such project.

13 31 Car-free + energy efficient neighbourhood Mixed-use development with prevalent residential function, designed to enables cca residents to live without owning a car. It consists of apartment houses, terraced houses and semidetached houses and is based on Vauban car-free model, where streets are free from parking spaces and some parking is available in car park house on the border of the area. The houses should meet the European commission requirements for energy efficiency 2020; which means passive standard.
