Personal Philosophy of Success By: Naomie Klah

I could relate to the movie Coach Carter in so many ways. Which is why I chose it to be my theme for this presentation.

Introduction: My name is Naomie Klah. I come from a small reservation called Window Rock. I am a 19 year old Native American living my childhood dream. I decided to continue my education after high school to become a Physical Therapist. Not only am I here at Chandler Gilbert to get my associates in Science but also to continue and play the sport I enjoy the most, basketball.

Striving for Greatness: Short Term Goals: -leaving CGCC with good grades - Getting more Scholarships for basketball - Becoming an honor student - Leave CGCC as soon as I can - Getting everything done as soon as I can - No procrastinating Long Term Goals: - Receiving my Associates in Science - Attending Arizona State University - Graduating from ASU - Being a physical therapist at a local hospital or school - Not having more than two kids

Conclusion: In conclusion, I am happy where I'm at right now. Without all the effort and hardwork I put in has paid off. I reached my goal of becoming a starter for CGCC and a model of a Student-Athlete. I will continue and strive for greatness in becoming a Physical Therapist one day. Basketball is getting me good grades and motivating me to become a better person. Coach Carter has a lot of meaning to it and I can relate to it in many ways. I honestly will say basketball is paying my way through college. It is also my childhood dream and it feels good living it.
