2. My Name is Vanessa Clemens I currently live in Marshalltown, IA which is where I was born and raised. I have grown up here all my life, besides the years I was away at college. I’m 23 years old and I have a twin brother! I Graduated with my Bachelors Degree from Midland University which is in Nebraska. I played basketball their, I loved the experience.

3. I’m a huge sports fan, I love watching sports. Miami heat is my favorite team, Mario is my favorite player. Chicago Cubs is my favorite MLB team, it’s heartbreaking. I am a huge Iowa Hawkeyes fan and most recently started supporting Iowa State more then I did before.

4. I chose to earn my Master’s Degree after I left my previous job where I worked in the Residence Life Department. I had so much passion for the job and wanted to continue working in the field down the road. This made me decide to go back and get my Master’s Degree after a year or so off from school. I’m getting my Master’s Degree in High Education. I want to give students that lives on campus in student housing the best housing experienece.

5. My favorite teacher K-12 th grade. I would have to say Mr. Wheater, he was so passionate about teaching. He would always help you in the classroom as long as you put effort towards learning. He made the classroom fun and interesting every day.

6. My least favorite teacher K-12 th grade. I would have to say Mr. Mallas, he didn’t have a very good teaching spirit in the classroom. As in he was always teaching from his chair at his desk, he never made things interesting and he also made it seem like a hassle if you asked for help. He just wasn’t very friendly when it came to trying to help students learn.

7. If I could only eat one food for dinner for the rest of my life. Well first I had to narrow it down cause this is a hard choice. I started off with tacos, pizza, chicken alfredo, steak, chicken or any kind of fruit. If I had to just pick one I think I would have to go with pizza.
