WHY ARE VITAMINS AND HERBS NECESSARY?

HERBS Herbs are a safe and effective alternative method of healing and relieving any disorder. It have been used to heal for thousands of years and it used properly can allow us to heal better, enjoy better health without the use of chemical or drugs.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF HERBS Mainly four type of herbs, which can be used for medical purpose. Mild Herbs Preventative Herbs Sedatives and Stimulants Herbs Powerful Herbs

HERBS CAN BE USED DIFFERENT WAYS Decoctions Essential oils Extracts Infusions Ointments Powders Syrups

HERBAL SAFETY To use an herbal product as safely as possible Consult your doctor first Do not take a bigger dose than the label recommends Take it under the guidance of a trained medical professional Be especially cautious if you are pregnant or nursing

EXAMPLE OF HERBAL USAGE Ginger: It is use to treat for nausea, cold, flu etc. Valerian: It is use to treat for tranquilizer and sleep aid. Chamomile: It is a mild sedative or relaxant that may help with nausea of migraine and some digestive problem. Peppermint: It is used for to treat digestive problems. Garlic: It help to lower blood cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes.

VITAMINS AND IT’S BENEFITS Vitamin A: It can prevent eye disorders, acne, skin disorders, infections, healing of wounds Vitamin D: It can prevent rickets, arthritis, tooth decay, bone repair, immunity, blood pressure, diabetes Vitamin E: It can help to reduce anti-aging, skin care, heart diseases, blood circulation, sterility, brain function, menopause, painful menstrual cycles, eye disorders Vitamin K: It helps to prevent internal bleeding, blood clotting, biliary obstruction, osteoporosis, excessive menstrual flow, menstrual pain

Vitamin C: It help to prevent eye disorders, cancer, scurvy, common cold, infections, diabetes, stress, high blood cholesterol, heart diseases, cancer, high blood pressure, kidney disorders, internal bleeding, piles, corneal ulcers, inflammations, lead poisoning, immunity.

VITAMIN B-COMPLEX Vitamin B1: It is necessary to prevent Beriberi, heart diseases, indigestion, body metabolism, blood circulation, brain development.
