Problem: Choose an item or set of items that represents today’s Pop culture and recreate that item using clay and glazes. Judgment: The success of your project will be determined by your ability to realistically recreate your object using clay and glazes. Therefore, you will be judged through the aesthetic theory of ___________________? As always, you will also be assessed on your participation and effort during class. Timeframe: You will have 3 class periods to decide on your subject, conduct any preliminary research or sketches, and construct your item from clay. If you finish early, you may make multiple items, however, you are expected to use your entire 3 class periods constructing your item(s) from clay. We will then use 1-2 periods glazing your items.
