Pop artists focused their attention on familiar images of the popular culture such as billboards, comic strips, magazine advertisements, and supermarket products. Among the most notable pop artists are: Richard Hamilton, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Claes Oldenburg, Jasper Johns, and Robert Rauschenberg
