Most common causes: 1. Blood sugar problems 2. Poor sleep 3. Slow thyroid 4. Food Allergy (gluten) 5. Vitamin C deficiency 6. Immune System Dysfunction

A combination of proteins that is elastic, rubbery and can trap air like a balloon.

Sleep is a re-charging effect for energy.

Sleep Apnea- D3/K2/Gallbladder Formula Stress (cortisol) – Adrenal Night Formula Hot flashes – Ovary Support Formula History of high activity, but now low activity – increase the volume of exercise

Acupressure to stress points/Adrenal Night Formula can have the greatest impact on sleep. We covered this in the Cortisol Webinar

Vitamin C is in fresh citrus, watercress, peppers, papaya, kiwi, cruciferous, vegetables and organ meats. Vitamin C is necessary for collagen production. Vitamin C deficiency can cause FATIGUE, bleeding gums, shortness of breath, bone pain, broken blood vessels – spider veins, rosacea (microhemorrhage). Vitamin C is destroyed by the process of pasteurization. Your adrenals store vitamin C

Since the adrenals store vitamin C, stress depletes vitamin C reserve (esp. the inside of the adrenal). Vitamin Requirements spike during stress as the need for adrenal function increases.

Telangiectasia (this can come from high cortisol).

Gallbladder (bile deficiency) High estrogen Overactive Adrenal

Irritable or edgy - low blood sugar Anxiety – low tolerance to stress (low serotonin) Depression – ovarian/thyroid hormones Brain fog – high blood sugar

Step 1: Location of the fatigue (ex. Head) Step 2: Rate fatigue (ex. 3) Step 3: Acupressure Point Therapy (10 sec) each point until you find the one which increases energy. Then continue on that point. AREA 1 AREA 2 AREA 3

Repeated immune attacks in the same area create pockets of stress. These are areas of high resistance or lack of communication points. This causes tissues to be susceptible for repeated infection. Viruses can not be killed because they are not alive, they only can come out of remission and into remission based on the strength of your adrenals and immune system.

Frees up pocket of stuck energy or stress in areas of repeated immune assault. THROAT, TONSILS/EAR, LUNG. These areas can act as open applications on your desk top body computer. We use the principle of opposites to free up this stuck energy. Simply, this technique increase communication lines so stress can travel through the body. This tends to decrease the energy capacity of the body.
