7. The pineal gland The pineal gland is at the center of the brain, it produces a hormone called Melatonin which helps you sleep.

8. The Hypothalamus The hypothalamus Is the central part of the brain, which controls which hormones are produced, and released into your body.

9. Pituitary gland The pituitary is in charge of the growth hormone, which controls your growth, it’s called Somatotropin, and it regulates your metabolism and body composition.
