Overview 2431 responses = 41% return rate Questions based on National NHS survey 2012 Trust in lowest 20% of acute trusts for engagement in 2012 Friends and family test CQUIN Opportunity for free text comments – evidence is that up to 20% of staff will supply these in on-line survey compared with 1% on paper
