Why is it so important? What makes up a brand? What are the most important things that a brand creates for a consumer? What is a brand? Trust & Reputation

Brand Definition A brand is a mixture of attributes, tangible and intangible, symbolized in a trademark, which, if managed properly, creates value and influence. "Value" has different interpretations: from a marketing or consumer perspective it is "the promise and delivery of an experience"; from a business perspective it is "the security of future earnings." Brands offer customers a means to choose and enable recognition within cluttered markets.

Discussion What do you think people say about you to others? Could this be different from what they say to you directly?

What Is Your Current Brand? What Do You Want Your Brand To Be? What Does Your Employer Want From Your Future Brand?
