Chaperone Responsibilities: Be responsible for an assigned number of students on the trip. Not take my child or chaperone group and leave the main group without permission. Assist and follow the instructions of the teacher in charge of the trip. Not smoke around the students. Not drink (alcohol) while on the trip. Personally follow all school rules, guidelines and policies. Enforce all school rules, guidelines and policies consistently with students. Stay with the group at all times. Check hotel room for missing items, wakeup calls, and cleanliness. Check for name badges each morning. Be on time for all activities Be an excellent role model in all areas.

Class Events Spirit Shirts – Each grade designs their shirts. Profits from the shirt will be applied to that class’s trip in 8 th grade. Dress Down Days – November 27 th and December 20 th, students will be allowed to dress down for a dollar. 5 th and 8 th grade will divide the profits.

Group Events Minimum hours = 3 at event working All proceeds will be divided evenly between those families who volunteered those 3 hours or more Silent Auction – November 25 th -29 th – 10 slots for up to 4 hours VIP Dance – February 13 th – 10 people to volunteer for up to 4 hours

Group Events Penny Wars – Week of February 10 th - no specific number needed, time will vary Popcorn Sales – throughout the year – 5 people to volunteer up to 4 hours, 35 possible slots

INDIVIDUAL Events Hungry Howie’s – Selling Pizza Coupons - $3 profit for every coupon sold – open to both 5 th and 8 th Grade – one parent needed to track sales/money and a few for delivery/distribution Bulldogs for a buck – paper bulldogs to support student/school – one parent to track sales/money and some to copy and cut bulldogs Greenbriar – Candy Catalog, students earn approximately $3 for each item sold – open to both 5 th and 8 th Grade – Peggy Etheridge will lead
