2 Why did ProGrad get started? Project Celebration is a combination of education and lock-in events conducted by educators, parents and community partners to help keep students safe and alcohol-free throughout the school year and especially during school-related celebrations. The goal is to reduce the number of injuries and deaths caused by impaired driving.

3 What is ProGrad? AHS Project Graduation 2014 (ProGrad) is a supervised, all night, drug and alcohol free, celebration for AHS graduating seniors on June 7, 2014! The entire evening is spent on campus with an assortment of food and refreshments, casino night, games, sports activities, entertainment and many, many prizes. Each student who attends receives a “gift bundle” that contains several great things for the graduating senior as well as Bulldog Bucks. Throughout the year, seniors and their volunteer parents can earn extra “ Bulldog Bucks ” which are needed to purchase raffle tickets for such prizes as luggage, laptops, dorm refrigerators, printers, TVs, MP3 players, docking stations, game systems, cameras, DVD players and much, much more!!

4 Ticket for ProGrad AHS Project Graduation 2014 June 7, 2014 Tickets go on sale in April. Price of ticket based on the amount of fundraising. Generally around $25-$35. Each student who attends receives a “gift bundle” with their ticket that contains several great things for the graduating senior as well as Bulldog Bucks.

6 Activities at ProGrad Games – raffles, prize walk (like cake walk), spin for a prize BINGO Photobooth Casino Area (separate raffle and money from Bulldog Bucks) Food – cookies, Chick-fil-A, pizza, sandwiches, popcorn Obstacle course, bull ride, etc Hypnotist (at 3:00 am) DO NOT WANT TO MISS!

7 What are Bulldog Bucks? Each student has the opportunity to earn Bulldog Bucks by attending meetings and volunteering at Pro Grad activities that will take place throughout the year. How to earn Bulldog Bucks – Every hour that you volunteer = $50 BD Bucks – Every $25.00 in donations (business or personal) = $50 BD Bucks (This includes purchasing items like Homecoming Mums, tamales, flowers, etc.) – Every meeting you attend = $50 BD Bucks (If you purchase a PROGRAD shirt and wear it to school and the meeting – you get $100 BD Bucks that day.)

8 EXTRA INCENTIVE – Special Raffle The only way to receive a raffle ticket for this special raffle is for YOU to volunteer for a ProGrad event or come to a ProGrad meeting. So not only do you get your bulldog bucks, you can also earn a Special Raffle ticket. – Volunteer at least 4 hours = 1 Special raffle ticket – Each additional 2 hours = 1 Special raffle ticket

9 Other Bulldog Bucks Incentives We are Austin Go Center Raffle – chance to win 300 bulldog bucks for liking this page on Facebook– students only. Come to a meeting (50 Bulldog Bucks) and bring a friend to the next meeting – earn an extra 50 Bulldog Bucks. Wear your ProGrad t-shirt to school the day of a meeting and check-in at lunch – 50 Bulldog Bucks Check out the promotion page on the website for more promotions to come.

10 Don’t have PROGRAD t-shirt This is your last chance to order one. Turn in your order forms by the next ProGrad Meeting – Tuesday, November 5, 2013. $12.00 for the shirt. Earn 50 Bulldog Bucks for wearing it to school the day of a ProGrad Meeting.
