Behavior Point Sheet Implementation Every student will now receive feedback everyday, every class, every period!!!

What’s the process? 1. Teachers will handout point sheets every Monday during intervention 2. Students will take point sheet to every class for teacher signature 3. At the end of the day students will turn in point sheet in the welcome room during checkout. 4. Tuesday – Thursday students will pick up points sheets in the welcome room during check in. 5. Every student is responsible for keeping track of their point sheet for the entire week!!!

More info please Every student will earn points for two behaviors Behavior 1: Following classroom expectations Behavior 2: Completing all assignments Point System : 2 = on task for excellent behavior 1 = less than two reminders for good behavior 0 = needs improvement 

Why are we doing this? Self evaluation to improve behavior for all students Every student will know how they did in class, every day, every period Evidence of behavior to share with parents/guardians, probation and return to district meetings This is a tool to help you build self regulation skills
