 Small Claims Court  A court that deals with legal disputes that involve amounts below a certain limit.  Amounts vary by state ($500-$10,000)  Cases usually does not involve lawyers or jurors  Judges decision is final  Class Action Suit  A legal action on the behalf of all the people who have suffered the same injustice.
