PDM THEORY BY ALEX MARDEN

ARTIST The artist is influenced by what people enjoy watching these days like internet pheonomas The artist is up to date with the surrounding technology Artist is currently alive

AUDIENCE The target audience is meant to be people interested in short films where people are constantly getting shot or dying

WORLD The world the artist currently lives in is a world of technology that is constantly getting upgraded, the world he lives in relies on machines and computers

ARTWORK The artwork shows mostly random scenes which to most people would not make any sense Though the artist uses very interesting and detailed backgrounds the actual story of the animation is not very structured The artwork was mostly created through a program called pivot and white board was also used

STRUCTURAL FRAME The artist has created two main character that have really dull detail on them, they are pretty much just stick figures The artist created a world of crime and killing, the backgrounds were very realistic and very detailed The characters in the animation were shown to do unrealistic movements and gestures The start of the film went from plain whiteboard to a more interesting pivot styled action

CULTURAL FRAME The artist grew up in a life with not much technology and not much money since his parents were still finishing their university degrees Though as life moved on it became easier to obtain and create short animations with less work involved Now big picture films are so much better to what the were 20 years ago

POST MODERN FRAME The artist has obtained most of his action scenes and was influenced to make most of his scenes based on the recent Rush Hour films This type of work is greatly accepted since these days people just cant get enough of this type of scenes.
