TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction From Smarter Balanced to CRESST Digital Library Updates Local educational agencies are responsible for log-ins. State Network of Educators’ contract has ended. The Digital Library has a Q and A instead of a help desk. As of yesterday, the number of resources posted: 2,479; the number of resources posted with distinction: 339.

TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction Updates (cont.) The CDE is working to reorganize California’s State Network of Educators. Formative Assessment Practices and Professional Learning Work Group still meets weekly. Educators have a high interest in using the Digital Library. Educators are using the formative assessment process with their students. Misconceptions still exist.
