10 TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction ED Letter to States Re: Accountability Pause ED letter not consistent with January decision by SBE to not report AYP targets on assessment results SBE confirmed their decisions in January to report targets met on participation rates, graduation rates and attendance rates Assessment data to be reported on DataQuest, but proposal would not make target determinations on assessment results 10
