Best Nutritional Value Choose veggies with lots of potassium very often. Like Sweet Potatoes, Soy Beans, Lentils, Winter Squash. E.T.C. Buy canned veggies that say “no salt added.” If you want to add salt it will probably be less than the amount in the regular can. Make more foods from fresh veggies to lower salt intake. Most salt in the foods supply comes from packaged foods.
