13 Vitamin C Not only is vitamin c found in many fruits, but also in vegetables! What does vitamin c help with in our bodies? Vitamin C will help your body heal cuts and wounds, and will also keep teeth and gums healthy. What vegetables have the most vitamin c in them? Broccoli Tomatoes Brussels sprouts Green and red peppers

14 Potassium! Potassium is an element found in many fruits and vegetables. The best thing that potassium does is help your heart, especially your blood pressure! A good way to remember where to find potassium is to think of potato!
