On line e-government site On line site proposes to strengthen e-government informative, communicational and transactional services. On line public services will connect citizens with public institutions. It is a unique tool to build inter governmental relations as well to support state control management. E-government site will open opportunities for Costa Rica to participate in knowledge society. On line site proposes to strengthen e-government informative, communicational and transactional services.
