Fundamental Motor Skills

Fundamental Motor Skills ………are important because they provide the basis for other skills. Without acquiring the fundamental skills it is unlikely that a person would be able to excel in sports activities. These skills are the platform on which we can build the more advanced skills demanded for our sports. With your partner write down as many fundamental motor skills as you can in 2 minutes!
