 If I want to be healthy I need to eat : bread  Eggs, apples, mango, zucchini, carrot,  Cheese, tomato, chicken  I need to eat a rainbow of fruit.  If I want to be sun smart I need to:  put on sunscreen, wear a hat  I need to drink lots of water.  I need to wash my hands lots of times

 I think a healthy breakfast should be:  Eggs on toast with avocado.  Apples in yoghurt.  Cornflakes  For a drink you can have milk and water.

Drinks  Water Main  Salad Sandwich Snacks:  Apples dipped in low-fat cream  Crackers  Boiled egg  Fruit salad

 You need:  Carrot  Meat  Lemon  Beans  Broccoli  Rice  Lettuce  cauliflower  For a drink:milk
