3 Breakfast on the Run Whirr frozen fruit, lowfat yogurt, and 100% fruit juice together for a quick smoothie. Then you can just pour it into a mug and zip right out the door.

4 Breakfast on the Run Build your own breakfast sandwich… –Lean protein (eggs, turkey bacon, etc) –Whole grains (whole grain toast or muffin) –Vegetables (tomato, spinach, etc)
