Graduation Requirements English 4 credits, must include English I and English II Math 3 credits, must include Algebra and Geometry Social Studies 2 credits, Must pass US History I and take US History II, must pass constitution test Science 2 credits Art, Music, For. Lang, Vocational at least 1 credit Drivers Education and Consumers Ec ½ credit Health ½ credit While Foreign Language is not required for graduation, at least 2 years is recommended by most colleges/universities

Grade Level Requirements Sophomores: English II, US History I, Math, PE, Health, Dr Ed, Cons Ec if not previously taken Juniors: Either Adv Gram/Brit Lit or Applied English/Short Topics, US History II, PE, Math Seniors: English Electives, PE, remaining electives; be sure that you have completed Eng I and Eng II, as well as Algebra and Geometry and a 3 rd math credit

Make Up credit If you fail a required course, you need to retake it until you pass (Examples: English, Math, History, etc…) Students are allowed to transfer in up to 2 credits for correspondence courses if they are lacking credits (See Mrs. Lair for details) Without appropriate credits, you will not move to the next grade level

Dual Credit-Seniors Options are Intro. to Psychology, Sociology, College Algebra/College Trig, College Composition I and II Tuition is due the first of August and December You must test into these classes by taking the COMPASS at CSC, Cumulative GPA of 3.0 required, as well as good attendance record Tuition is currently $127/credit hour, most classes are 3 credit hours=$381 (MAT130=4 credits hours=$508) Check college to see how courses transfer, some colleges require dual credit to be above and beyond their admission requirements, for instance, if they require 4 English credits from high school, ENG101/102 would have to be your 5 th credit of English to transfer to that school ( U of Illinois, Monmouth College)
