Fall Term (18 weeks) Spring Term (18 weeks) 1.½ Credit 2.½ Credit 3.½ Credit 4.½ Credit 5.½ Credit 6.½ Credit 7.½ Credit 2 terms of 18 weeks 14 classes = ½ credit each 7 total credits per year The Class of 2017 will have the opportunity to earn 32 credits in 4 years. They will need 29.5 credits to graduate.
Provides scholarships to students who earn at least a 2.5 GPA. Students may also earn awards for ACT/SAT scores and Advanced Placement (AP) exam scores. For more information go to and choose KEES in the top right corner. Students may check their KEES award amount via this site.

FCHS hosts the ACT on every national test date except for June. Register at COMPASS Notes: Only Seniors may take the COMPASS test. It is untimed. Students may test twice per subject area at FCHS. KYOTE Notes: Only Seniors may take the KYOTE test. It is untimed. Students may test twice per semester at FCHS.
FCHS offers dual-credit courses with Morehead State University and Maysville Community College. Students can begin taking dual-credit classes as a Junior, if they are College Ready.
