What is heraldry heraldry is the practice of designing, displaying, describing, and recording coats of arms and heraldic badges Before the middle ages, heraldry wasn’t used for identification. However, during the middle ages things change……

What is going on during the middle ages During the middle ages…. Group and self identity becomes important to help identify people – The crusades begins- was a series of religious wars, blessed by the pope and the catholic church. Its main goal was to spread Christianity (the belief in god) to the holy land.

Facts about the middle ages the period of European history from the 5th century to the 15th century in Europe A person was only educated if they came from wealth. A child was taught the trade of his parents Woman were to teach the children and take care of the home.
