How to Register/Log-in 1 Follow the link above, if you have already registered on the system, enter your log-in details If you have not previously registered on the system, click Register, then complete all of the required information, you should then receive an to authenticate your account. Alito Procurement Supplier User Guide 2 Once you have received the click on the Authentication Link, you will then be able to gain access to the system by using the log-in details contained within the . Before you can gain access to the full system and register your interest in any opportunities, you need to complete and submit your company profile.

Alito Procurement Supplier User Guide 3 The company profile contains 6 sections which need to be completed as follows: 1.General Information – enter general information about your company. 2.Users – enter details of all of the users that you would like to allow access to the portal. 3.Councils – add all of the Councils that you would like to do business with. 4.Categories – add all of the categories that are relevant to your company. 5.Questionnaires – download, complete and attach standard registration questionnaire (please note the standard registration questionnaire does not need to be completed to do business with Blaenau Gwent CBC) 6.Other Docs – attach any further information that you would like to make available to the Authority (e.g. company brochure, insurance certificates etc)

Alito Procurement Supplier User Guide 4 Once you have submitted your profile you will receive notification of any opportunities that are advertised within the categories that you have registered against your profile. You will also be able to search on the bulletin board and register your interest against any opportunities that you are interested in. 2. How to Register your Interest Bulletin Board To gain access to the Bulletin Board log-in then click Bulletin Board, enter your required search criteria and click search. To register your interest in a tender click on the tender title then click Register.

How to Download Tender Documentation Once you have registered your interest in a tender you will be able to download the tender documentation through the ‘My Tenders’ section of your profile. To access ‘My Tenders’ log-in and go to the homepage, click ‘My Tenders’, click on the relevant tender title, then click on

Alito Procurement Supplier User Guide 6 All information relating to the tender can be found here and the tender documentation will be detailed at the bottom of the page. To download the tender documentation click on the document title of each file, then click open/save. If the document is not yet available to download you will receive an notifying you as soon as it is.

Alito Procurement Supplier User Guide 7 Once you have completed your response, log-in and click on the ‘My Tenders’ section, click on the tender title, then click, click add, then locate your document, enter a document title and click submit. You should refer to the tender document to ensure that you follow any specific submission instructions relating to the tender, the Instructions for Tendering document below is an example of the standard instructions included in tender documentation. 4. How to Upload Your Response

Alito Procurement Supplier User Guide 8 There are 4 other functions available when submitting a response: 1.Raise a clarification question – this facility should be used if you would like to raise a clarification question. 2.View Messages – this facility allows you to gain access to any clarification questions (and the response) raised by other tenderers. 3.Change Contact – if there is more than 1 user registered on you profile you can change the main contact for the tender, the main contact will receive all correspondence and dialogues. 4.Decline Interest – if you decide not to participate in the tender exercise any further you should decline your interest here. In addition to the 4 functions above, the Authority has the option to add evaluation questions or items, this would then give a further 2 functions: 1.View Evaluation Sections – this section is very important, if activated by the Authority it contains evaluation questions, the answers that you provide to these questions will be evaluated and scored, and will contribute to the overall quality score of your submission. 2.Items – this section is also very important, if activated by the Authority it will contain the pricing schedule that needs to be completed.
