Independent thinking Be open to creative thinking of followers Allow open flexibility for all Think outside the box: Lose the rule book Leaders must be open to growth See people as humans not tools for use Empower and Encourage followers

Trust Build Trust Care for followers and authentically display that care Lead with a heart Invite feedback and provide feedback Listen to criticism Serve followers
