9 th grade student survey In the name space on your scantron, please write 9M (males) or 9F (females). Please answer the following questions on the Scantron sheet provided. You will need your student planner to complete the survey (open to pg. 11 now). We ask the first 12 questions to every student every year. Groups of students and teachers, including Student Council, will review the results of all of the surveys and develop plans for improving Ramay based on your answers.
