Flight Planning 1.Master clock is outside the flight planning room (hangar) Mini Air Observer. 2.Master time is GPS time plus 2 hrs = Local time. 3.Times use on schedule are local time. 4.Before Flight Planning Room (5 minutes before the assigned time) will be entrance control not accepted equipment A (mobil phones should be switch off, given to envelope and sealed) All tablets, laptops, GPS devices and other electronic devices stay in hotel please. 5.After flight planning will be arrange escort to the aircraft 6.All aircraft must be opened for checking and radio sealing by Int. Judge before first pilot enter to flight planning. 7.When first competitor leaved Flight Planning Room the parking area will be declared as prohibited area.

Navigation 1. Before each flight the pilot must make sure that his Flight Data Recording Equipment is cleared all previously registered data. 2.
