Bylaw Approval Member Clubs Proposed amendments can be sent to Club Relations before being voted on. Must receive AKC approval BEFORE they go into effect Non-member Clubs Approved in order to become accredited, licensed or member club -subject to AKC approval even if enacted prior to AKC review
