5 The Problem Tips » Include a Problem Statement » Articulate the Goals/Objectives of team » Include approach

6 Current Situation Tips » Include Assumptions » Include any constraints of the team » Describe current state » Include specific tools used to describe the current situation (e.g. 80/20 Chart, Trend Chart, Process Map) » Keep in mind that these slides may be used to communicate the work of the team independent of the read out session. Therefore, details of the team activities, data collected and analyzed and deliverables should be documented in this presentation.
