FUZION INFUSE YOUR BUSINESS WITH OUR DESIGN

Comps - There were no one particular design the client liked best, so she point out the pieces she like from each design the slate- blue/neutral color scheme from Elliot the Gallery layout - with the navigation highlig hted to tell me where I am from Elliot Image the color scheme, plus the structure and Logo from Christina the gallery will need sub-categories, so maybe incorporate the style from Booby Image the image view with details of the artwork from Elliot Image, also like that font best of all the designs

Changes - 5% On the 5% we adding images on our clients sites that we individuals design for and change little bit of the color scheme.

Team High and Low High – ▫New team member join the team ▫Working together ▫Being open to other team member’s ideas Low – ▫Not communicating ▫A former team member was not participating ▫Distractions

Project Analysis Concept Flexibility - Being open and ready for any type of change that may occur. The team has experienced many changes throughout the semester. For Example, A previous team member wasn’t participating with the group and he was terminated from the group. Later, a new team member joined the group from another team and was a better team member than the previous one. The team started off good but had trouble communicating which was another change we had to fix. However, later on near the end of the semester, the project leader recently left the team leaving his two team members behind to finish the project on their own.

Team Building Recruiting- Find dependable team members that will participate and interact with the team. When the team first started, only two people from the team was actually working together while the other team member didn’t participate and was eventually terminated. Communicating- Talking and interacting with each other to help keep everyone updated on the task at hand. Communication was probably the main problem the team was having. Either a team member was busy or distracted. Previously two members from the team decided to send the client reedited comps individually without the project leader knowing. Even though the comps were supposed to be sent together as a team instead of individually which explained the lack of communication.

Additional Insights “This course has given me a better understanding of how to work with clients when it comes to web designing. I had fun in the class and I enjoyed the group activities we did in class prior towards winning an award. I didn’t really like the discussion boards but I somewhat learned some information from reading the articles and watching the videos. I enjoyed Genny and Susan, you are some awesome teachers” - Bobby =] Project Analysis & Design class was a challenge for me working in a group project, it did not start off easy but I kept going. It prepare me on how to work with clients and in a team on what to expect. I learn a lot from this class with Genny and Susan. I enjoy being a part of this small class with my classmates. - Christina

Bobby Ruth Working with a project team was something new that I have never experienced before. Also preparing a website for a client as a team was also something that I have never experienced before which helped me learn more about what to face in the future. We each had different positions in our group even though they were a little similar. I enjoyed working with my team even though our project manager left us but Christina and I were able to manage and finish the project together.

Christina Best experiment working in a team, is working in a team. The principle of working together with my team should underpin how we all operate. Working in a team project wasn’t my first time to design a website but it was the first designing a website for a client. Each of the team members have there weakness and strengths on design ideas with work for building the site and on our assignments.
